2. Are your peptides pharmaceutical grade or GMP? Our peptides are high-purity, non-GMP research-grade compounds manufactured in an FDA-inspected facility. We do not claim or imply GMP certification at this time. Every batch undergoes internal quality control, and we provide Certificates of Analysis upon request where available.
3. How should I store the peptides? For long-term storage, keep lyophilized peptides in a cool, dry place or preferably in a freezer at -20°C. Once reconstituted, store in a refrigerator and use within the recommended timeframe for your specific experiment. Always protect from light and moisture.
4. Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not ship to any international addresses.
5. What payment methods do you accept? We currently accept Zelle and direct bank transfer as primary payment options. Additional secure high-risk payment methods may be added in the future.

7. Do you offer returns or refunds? Due to the nature of research compounds, all sales are final. We do not accept returns. Refunds are issued only in rare cases of shipping errors or damaged products reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.
8. Are your products tested for purity? Yes. We source from suppliers who perform rigorous testing. We strongly recommend researchers conduct their own independent testing (e.g., via HPLC or mass spectrometry) before using any compound in critical experiments.
