By placing an order, you represent and warrant that:
- You are purchasing these products solely for legitimate scientific research purposes.
- You will not use, or allow others to use, these products for human or animal consumption in any way.
- You understand these products have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not approved for human use.
4. No Medical Advice
Nothing on this website or in any product description constitutes medical, therapeutic, or health advice. Esoteric Research does not provide medical advice of any kind.
5. Orders and Payments
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Credit card payments may be subject to a processing fee, which will be displayed at checkout.
6. Shipping
We ship via USPS. Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
7. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of research peptides, all sales are final. We do not accept returns. Refunds are issued only in these cases:
- The order was cancelled before shipment.
- The wrong product was shipped.
- The product arrived damaged (must be reported with photos within 48 hours of delivery).
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Esoteric Research shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or website.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Williamson County, Texas.
