1. What does “For Research Use Only” mean?
All products sold by Esoteric Research are strictly for laboratory and scientific research purposes only. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, medical treatment, diagnostic use, or any other purpose.
2. Are your peptides pharmaceutical grade or GMP certified?
Our peptides are high-purity (99%+) research-grade compounds manufactured in an FDA-inspected facility. They are non-GMP and sold strictly for research use. We do not claim GMP certification.
3. How should I store the peptides?
Lyophilized (powder) peptides should be stored in a freezer at -20°C for long-term stability. Once reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, store in the refrigerator and use within the recommended period for your experiment. Always protect from light and moisture.
4. Do you ship internationally?
No. We currently ship only within the United States.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Zelle, direct bank transfer / ACH, and major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.). A small processing fee may apply to credit card payments.
6. What is your shipping policy?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. We use USPS Priority shipping with discreet packaging. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
7. Do you offer returns or refunds?
Due to the nature of research compounds, all sales are final. We do not accept returns. Refunds are issued only in cases of shipping errors, wrong product shipped, or damaged product reported with photos within 48 hours of delivery.
8. Are your products tested for purity?
Yes. We source from suppliers who provide Certificates of Analysis (COAs). Independent third-party testing is also available for many batches. We strongly recommend researchers perform their own testing for critical experiments.
9. Can these peptides be used for human or animal consumption? Absolutely not.
All products are sold exclusively for in vitro and laboratory research use only.
